Love what you do and do what you love. Live a life that you design.
“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”
– George Bernard
My name is Sara Abate Rezvanifar – Sara Rez for short. I’m a lover of design and communication, the author of the book “Laugh a Little Longer“, Branding + Communications Director of Ambience Design Group and the creator of “My life-changing personal brand” course.
I believe we are all capable of creating a life that we love.
Personal branding changed my life, and I want to show you how to change yours. But things weren’t always so rosy in the work/life department for me. Let me take you on a brief history of my past work experience…
A defining moment in my life came after working for 8 years in the corporate world at various advertising and communications agencies for many big brands. I worked many days from 9 am till 11 pm. As a newly married gal, I started to get burned out and asked myself, is this what having a career supposed to look like? Was it supposed to leave me drained of energy and rob me of my joy for life? I certainly did not feel this was right so I went on a journey by asking the question “how do I live better life?” It was then that I drew a line in the sand and made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my life to finding the answer.
Surely there were answers for me out there, and I was on a mission to find them. I listened to every podcast, watched every video and read every article that might help me find the answer (you can read about my journey on my blog, “The Work/Life balance project“). Fast forward 6 years later and I have gained much knowledge, experience and clarity over how to create a better life for myself and how to best support you on your similar journey.
During this period of personal growth and development, I’ve been busy working as branding + communications director at Ambience Design Group, mentoring students and sharing my ideas with a few publications. You can check them out below…

“Urbanization has caused most of us to lose our connection to green spaces. This is especially true in the workplace,” said Sara Abate Rezvanifar, branding and communications director at Ambience Design Group. “Bringing elements into the workplace that allow a nature connection can help us to mentally recover from day-to-day stresses and improve our well-being.” – Sara, Business News Daily
“Employee wellness is crucial in today’s office design. Almost 90 percent of employees have admitted that workplace environment, or lack thereof, impacts their attitude about work” – Sara Abate Rezvanifar, branding and communications director at Ambience Design Group. “Incorporating natural elements has been proven to reduce stress, enhance cognitive function and expedite healing. This translates to less sick days and reduced turnover,” Rezvanifar said. “Offices will become less places for employees to work than highly branded ‘experience centers for employees, clients [and] partners to immerse themselves in the brand and culture, and connect face to face. This will be critical to build trust, which is the core currency of business in the new economy,” said Rezvanifar, CMS Wire
“One room at a time: your house doesn’t need to become a minimalist masterpiece overnight. Says Abate: “it’s hard to simplify an entire house at once. Focus on one room, and let that be your center of calm. Use it to inspire you to simplify the next room.” – Sara Rez, HuffPost
Sara Abate Rezvanifar of Ambience says, “Many of our clients are seeking moments where technology doesn’t get in the way of spending time together as a family. They want a barrier between all the electronic devices and themselves.” – Sara Rez, Sheknows
You are the author of our story – don’t give up your power, dreams and goals.
Self-Actualization is the process of living the fullest expression of ourselves. When our lives become filled with direction and purpose. I am taking this a step further by believing that people can self-actualize by using personal branding.
Every individual has a personal brand, whether they are aware of it or not. Your brand is how you show up in the world and what you are known for.
I believe that life can be shaped and designed to suit your natural passions and talents and it is of upmost importance to properly package and communicate these talents in order to put your best foot forward in the world.
The prospect of helping you make a living at your calling is extremely rewarding for me personally. I would like to make a difference in your life.
I believe that every designer has a unique vision in approaching design challenges. My method is simple. Bring passion and positivity to whatever you do. Get inspired by life. Ideas surround us everywhere we look, but we must be willing to embrace their possibilities.
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit. I’m thrilled that you’ve found me and I’m excited for the journey ahead.
